I was genuinely impressed with Tux's professionalism & dedication. While addressing our maintenance task he went above & beyond alerting us to a small leak in our pipe work & a gap in our roof. He checked around the units despite it not being part of his official remit. Its all to rare to find tradespeople who demonstrate such care and thoroughness in their work. I felt it important to acknowledge his exemplary service.
